There are two meeting rooms located on the main floor that are suitable for executive meetings, training, small exhibits and sales presentations.
Available in-house equipment: LCD projector, Flip charts, TV and DVD Player.
Meeting Rooms and capacity:
- Chemainus Room: 14 feet x 24 feet
- Cowichan Room: 14 feet x 21 feet
- Break-out rooms may be arranged
Meeting Room setup:
- Theater: 20-25 persons
- Board Room: 6 - 16 persons
- Class Room: 16 Persons
